Strategic Interest Litigation

Confronting digital-rights injustices through rapid responses, pro bono aid, and public interest litigation.

Strategic Interest Litigation

Digital rights violations rarely appear as abstract legal problems. They surface as unlawful surveillance, misuse of personal data, exclusion from services, or discriminatory automated decisions. ADiJUST uses strategic litigation to confront these injustices and influence the laws and systems shaping Africa’s digital future.
