We provide pro bono legal support and legal aid to underserved individuals and communities seeking to understand, defend, or enforce their digital rights.
Our approach recognises that formal rights have limited meaning where people lack the knowledge, resources, or institutional access required to claim them. We work to close that gap, ensuring that digital justice is accessible to those who need it most.
Not every digital rights dispute requires litigation. Where appropriate, we use negotiation, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to pursue timely, practical, and rights-respecting outcomes.
These interventions may help affected persons obtain explanations, correction or deletion of data, restoration of access, cessation of harmful conduct, institutional remedies, or other forms of redress without prolonged court proceedings.
We meet people where they are, combining legal representation with research, advocacy, and institutional engagement to secure meaningful remedies.
